The critically acclaimed saxophone quartet Brass Jaw, already well known for challenging the boundaries of “chamber jazz” have now extended them still further. The inclusion of the ace trumpeter Ryan Quigley creates a new ensemble that is truly unique in sound and direction. Brass Jaw, comprising of three saxophonists and one trumpeter, are becoming one of Scotland's most popular groups. Featuring a stellar line up of top players - Paul Towndrow, Konrad Wiszniewski and Allon Beauvoisin on saxophone with Ryan Quigley on trumpet, they play original music as well as some quirky arrangements of well loved jazz standards.
