dBass are Glasgow's jazz fusion pioneers, effortlessly delving into hip-hop, soul, jazz, and drum'n'bass to create music that is at once pensive, brave and soulful. The product of an assortment of bebop players, folk-improv experimentalists and post-jazz afficionados, the band positively relish their unorthodox sensibilities: expect to be challenged. The group will be performing material from their recent self-released EP 'Garden' as well as some brand new compositions.
Jumble Sale Sounds will be providing the dancefloor sounds for the evening, with their trademark mixture of reggae, dub, and dubstep and a few live additions from guest musicians.

Supporting will be long time friends The Forgotten Works. The
Forgotten Works are not hip, they are not four to the floor, they are
not purely instrumental or purely song based, they live in scotland
but aren't all scottish, their music is multicoloured, their numbers
are < or = 4, they rehearse above a brothel, they have been friends
long before they were the forgotten works, they sometimes have a
feeling deep inside...
